Lighting for soft corals

I am thinking of keeping some soft corals once my tank has been cycled, and then I will probably wait another 3-4 months before adding any type of corals, but my main question is if I wanted to keep some soft corals, leathers and such, would a Current USA Power Compact Lighting system be enough light, I was thinking maybe a dual satellite model which I believe is 4x65 for lighting, thats 4 total actinics, and 4 daylight bulbs

Hmmm, posted reply, and it's didn't show up.
Yes, you can, if this is 4x65W over 75g tank.
I have 90g tank, intentionally low light, 2x55W PC, the top third is inhabitable for softies and LPS. Don't have leathers, though.

I think it will be fine for softies. If you feel like they need more light, move them up on the rock structure. I don't think you'll have any problems though. ;)
