What is the best lighting for zoes?
T-5?
Halide?
vho?
Wich gives better growth not to worried about color many different bulbs do that? wich do they preffer!!!

Get some powercompacts.

you would probobly see the best growth with 10k, but they will not look good at all

10 K MH's or T-5's. But that's just half of what you have to consider. Try to match the bulb with the ballast for the highest Par rating to achieve the growth you desire. I would take a look at Sanjay's site for some insight.
