I looked into radions and I went with Kessil. I am liking mine.

If I see you go to an LED fixture I will be very worried about you haha.
I would say a Radion would be a very nice light but total overkill when it comes to the price. Go with the ATI.

I am about to list for sale my Zetlight -6600A which I have over a 150 for LPS and a Large Zoa garden. If you have an Apex this light is fully controlable. PM me if interested.

And you getting away from mh why??? You of all know the proper reflector with bulb and ballast combo cant be beat

I've had Radion PROs for sometime and am happy with them. They cost a little more upfront, but there is no bulb replacement cost.
One thing I don't like about LED lighting is that they are harsher on my eyes depending on the angle I'm looking at the tank since I have an open canopy.

Have you looked at the Reefbreeder lights? They just released a new version that is supposed to be very nice. 6 channels of lights, programmable, controllable, and have kind of a Maxspect Razor kind of a look.
I'd vote for LEDs.

I have kessil... I have looked at AI, and Radion...
Like everything in this hobby involving tech I want all of them but kessil is proving to be a great freaking light. The only draw-back for me is the spotlight effect, but I haven't owned the new duel fancy one yet.
to me kessil spot light types pros would be;
clean looking
zero heat
silent
really nice mounts
price for the amount of par. watch the BRS video comparing kessil/AI/eco really well done.
cons for me;
spotlight effect if you only have a single lamp
without a controller or apex they are not really adjustable IMO.
just my lazy 2 cents

I just thought of another possible negative to Radions; you may need to purchase a Reeflink to control the light properly and this device "can" be problematic at times.
(The light can also be controlled through an Apex system.)

That being said, a Radion Pro is over kill for that tank, and a single XR30 would leave the edges of the tank under lit.
If you were going to go with Radions, I would try two XR15's and spread them out to cover more of the tank.
I did not find the reeflink too difficult to figure out. There is a little confusion, but I was able to figure it out.
A Reeflink is NOT necessary to run Radions. But it does make it easier.
Honestly, I think you may be best served by the ATI fixture.

what about heat?
Four 39watt bulbs won't add much heat. I used to run a 55g with four 40watt NO bulbs with no issues. That tank was enclosed with a canopy. Most of the ATI heat is exhausted with the fan out the side.
