lighting question

I have a 1 1/2 inch N. Wennerae in a 5 gal eclipse. The eclipse came with a 5100K, 10 watt bulb which is pretty bright. Should I use it or a standard 15 watt bulb. I new to this Mantis thing, but I'm trying hard. Thank you in advance

It should be o.k. as long as it has a deep cavity that it can withdrawn completely into and close up. N. wennerae are found in shallow water and can take direct sunlight.
