lighting schedules

So I just finished hanging my new lights. I have one of those 'Power Center' power strips that has two outlets for day and two for night and a 'GE Home Security 7 Day Timer'

What kind of lighting schedules do you all use and why did you go with that?

I figure to have the Metal Halides on from 11am-6pm
The sump light on from 11pm-7am
T5's ??? 10am-9pm ???

Looks good, if you are using your sump light to grow cheato I'd up the time to 12 hrs to give better growth and do a better job at balancing nightime PH. Something like 10PM-10AM for sump light?

I have my lights on from 3pm to 10pm so I can enjoy it at night. By the time I get home from work or if I have guests over, the corals are all open.

Coralife Aqualight Pro HQI MH, 2x150W HQI MH (10000k), 2x96w actinic.

I have retrofit T5 bulbs in my canopy. My "daylights" are 4 bulbs overdriven on an icecap ballast. My supplemental blueplus and actinic two bulbs are on a normal output ballast and come on 2hrs before the icecap and stay on 2hrs after.
