Will 2 x 65W CF 50/50 (12000K/Actinic Blue True 03 bulb) 130w light work on a fowlr tank with a couple leathers and a couple mushrooms?

It should no problem as long as you dont have high light needing leathers. Worst case put them towards the top of the rockscape and you will be fine. This is assuming its not a 30" deep tank or something crazy. What size tank?

I have a 55g with 80lbs lr. The tank is 21in deep. lr is about 10in from top of tank.

should be fine with just about any but the most light needing softies, some leathers need a fair amount, but you can put them on the top of the pile. Zoas may be worth looking into as well, add some cools shape variation.
