I have a RBTa in my 90 gallon under T5 lighting. It has split and I wanted to add the clone to my 30 gallon cube. I am considering two options. Sunpod 150k MH or Sunpod 250 MH. What is the best way to go.

Either one will work. The 250 might be overkill, but it would work. What else ( if anything ) do you want to keep in the tank?

You could do the 250, just raise it up a couple more inches. but i had a 150 over my 24nano, and it was just fine, i even had sps in there no prob.

I've got a 175 MH over my 12g...so...lol

It'll do just fine either way :) It's up to you. 250 is not necessary for the BTA, but it's probably not going to hurt it any.

wouldn't the bubbles sorta straighten out instead of being bubbly with too much MH lighting?

I have PC lighting above my rbta and his tips have been FAT

Nothing has actually been proven to produce bubble on them consistently. I had the same BTA under PCs and then MH, it never had bubble with either.
