Lightning welk

Anyone have a lightning welk in their tanks? I found a couple in sc and thought itd be cool to see what they did. I plan on releasing them in a month or so.

No. They're voracious predators of other mollusks. They're okay for a species tank, but not for a community tank. They won't take long to destroy your clean up crew.

Nothing that has ever been in a tank with animals from other parts of the world should ever be released back into the wild. It risks introducing invasive species and diseases to the natives.
