lights for my biocube

yeah i want to get a metal halide for it. I was thinking about the halide kit they sell for the the lid but it might get really hot in there, and dont want to spend mone on a chiller. I know it will defeat the purpose of having a biocube.

No..seems to be a great unit. I've seen some other members on here with the same setup. The guy shipped it right away too.

haha..thanks. i think it should be plenty. i'm pretty sure it's overkill for my 14. might wanna ask others with a 29 though if 150 is enough.

would it be ok to just use stock lights that the biocube comes with? i have a 29g and i am just wondering!?!? i am new but i just plan to have softies in my tank.

stock lights are ok for softies. I have alot of them and they do fine with the stock lights. I just want to upgrade to spend money.:lmao:

From what I have read about the stock lighting in the Bio Cubes you are limited to softies. For me bigger and brighter is always the best.:)
