lionfish starvation

My 8inch, 2yr old lionfish has suddenly stopped eating. Up to now he's had a varied diet of silversides and krill and ate enthusiastically. Now, he'll open his mouth, but won't take a wiggling fish or krill. It's been over a week. Otherwise he seems normal. Help!

I have had mature lions stop eating for a week. I would not worry yet. If it is another week, then I would worry.

Have you tried live food?

adult lions can easily go a week or two if the have been well fed
