Questions,

1)I would like to get in on some of the raffles, but I may not be able to stay until the end. Not sure if it is an in person drawing where you have to be present. I may only be there from like 11 or 12 to 3, instead of until 5. Would this be an issue to keep my out of the raffle?

2) My spouse was going to come, since it was free for her. But she can't make it. My father does not have a tank, but would like to attend with me. Do I pay for a $5 ticket for him?
