Live Rock and tank for sale

I have 100+ pounds of Live Rock for sale. It is a mix of Tonga and Fiji and has been established for over 5 years. I am in the St Cloud area. I would like $400 for all of it that is over a $4 a pound savings from fish stores. I would like to sell it all at once, but will talk about selling smaller amounts, I just don't have the means to keep the rest as it is in my display tank.

I am also selling my tank which includes:
120 drilled all glass tank
oak stand
Oak hood
400 w metal halide (homemade with 20k XM bulb)
Coral Life 65 watt strip light 2 10k whites and 2 actinics
Azoo (clam tank style) sump
Mag 9.5 return pump
Misc powerheads and two skimmers
Email me with offers on the hardware and as soon as the rock is gone I will sell the other stuff.

IMHO, you'd have better luck selling the rock at a lower price. A few LFS's around here sell it for $4/lb.

Thanks, for the opinion Cowboyswife, but I bet it is not 5 year old rock that is covered in coraline. If anyone is interested please email me, I have a buyer for the tank and need to move the rock out.
