Live rock question ? to use or not to.

i have this left over rock that was in a copper tank for qt and i would like to use it in the macro algea and planted tank would the copper affect the algea or plants?

I'm sure someone will have a good answer for you, but my rule of thumb... if you aren't sure about it, then don't do it. I would cook it first to be sure.

It will leach copper whereever you put It, If that's not a problem then you can use It. If you have Coral or Inverts It's a no no.

Ther Is no way to completly remove copper once It Is added, Cooking will do no good to remove It!

i dont plan on haveing any inverts in the tank just a planted tank. with a clown or something in it.
