Live rock question

Ok well I don't know where to post this so here is good I just purchased the real reef fully cured live rock off live aquaria Dover den and was wondering if it needs to be cured before going into my display I ober nite shipped it

If the rock was out of water, there has been some die-off, so I'd inspect it, pull off anything that seems sketchy, and put it in SW with a circulation pump/PH or a couple of airlines, then test for NH3.

You can also give it a whiff and see how it smells...if it smells like anything but "ocean", it's got some curing to do.
 
The stuff from divers den will be shipped fully submerged. It's not Real rock though, it's man made. It is safe to put directly into your tank though. Especially your tank that you claim has no fish anyway.
 
When it can process NH3. You'll need to make sure that the NH3 is zero, and to be doubly sure, you can challenge the LR with a bit of food (one feeding) or some pure NH3.
