Live Rock question

What is a good price for live rock down here? I ask because when I was over in Virginia I got it for like $4 a lb. while back home in Indiana it was $7-$9 a lb. At the only store I've been to yet his were $6 but didn't know if I shopped around it would be better.

I'm completely new to the area, im in Winter Park for school and am on a budget so I want the cheapest I can get.

We are very happy with our live rock from Ocean Direct. Lots of good coraline, lots of interesting pieces. I believe it is actually Walt Smith Fiji. Plus best selection and prices. Best of luck to you. I saw a post on either this forum or the O-R-C-A.com forum selling a gift certificate won at SRC for 50# for $100, that's $2 /pound. Check it out.

Also, you can look around the local forums and often people are selling their used live rock inexpensively. There's the ORCA forum and the Tampa Bay forum that have a lot of activity.
