Live Rock shipped in water

Setting up a first tank. Have read about Live rock shipped in water (rather than in wet paper), reducing the curing headaches and speeding initial set up. Have only seen this from Tampa Bay Saltwater. Are there others out there that I can't locate searching the web?

Anybody use these guys and have any thoughts about the package they offer or about this approach to keeping liverock maximally alive?

I don't really know of anywhere that ships in water. The extra weight would add a nice amount to shipping.
