Liveaquaria dd confirmation email

I ordered a bluespotted boxfish off of divers den on Thursday night. I called them after ordering it and they said it would be here Tuesday (tomorrow). I've yet to receive a confirmation shipping email and I can't call because they are closed. I did receive a confirmation email for the purchase on Thursday. Do they send shipping confirmations or does the fish just come?

never ordered from the dd, but they do have a forum here on rc that you can contact them on. probably won't get a response till tomorrow but it's another way you can get in touch with them for future reference.

Most places won't ship out on Friday's and although they were closed today, they probably did have someone there to ship orders for delivery tomorrow. I'd call the first thing tomorrow morning.

They do send a shipping notice with tracking info.

You will receive the shipping/FedEx tracking information by e-mail this afternoon. It is generated when the info is provided to FedEx. I'm guessing you will receive it between 2 and 4 PM this afternoon. No Worries!

But fed ex probably wont show any tracking info until tuesday as they dont seem to update the tracking info on shipments on weekends or holidays (unless you pay for upgrade or saturday delievery)

Today IS Tuesday. LiveAquaria ships overnight (not two day). His shipment wil go out today, because yesterday was a Holiday.

Same thing happened to me last monday, finally called thursday, they said they were SORRY and gave me 11.99 off my next order. BIG DEAL! Meanwhile, my Phosban STILL aint here and wont be till late Friday evening! NOT HAPPY!!!!
