With Labor day weekend fastly approaching. I'd like to setup delivery through Fedex for Sept 9th. We can all meet their, or at a CDMAS members house. Items could be held for upto 12 hrs but not responsible for them.

Order will be placed Aug 31st, Sept 1st or Sept 5th. As of yet to be decided.

All orders have to be made together and on one credit card. So money will need to be sent Via paypal to me or meet in person.

ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN JOINING CAN POST IN THIS THREAD.

It says saturday delivery with the $225 and up is only an additional charge of $12.50. That's easily split however many ways.

Well Ask Joe or Dan to make a club letterhead!!!!! Seems silly that as we are doing a club buy, and they are willing to offer us a discount for simply faxing them a letter, that the "powers that be" should be able to come up with something I'll get on them tomorrow night about it at the meeting.

What exactly does it need to say? We never needed one before, and they never offered a discount either. I can throw the logo on a piece of paper and print it out ....

They weren't asking for alot. Basically a club letter head faxed or mailed with some info on our club and references. AKA "ReefCentral" & our website should do nicely....

For contact info they wanted an email address for approval once reviewed.

Once i get a letter head with the info needed, I'll fax it and enclude my email address being I'll be submitting the order. From there on out they should have it on file. Which would be nice for future buy's down the road.

So basically a club letter head, with a brief history of the club and # of members. References such as our website and forum here on RC

That should do it. Will need it asap. So they can review with and check our website and forum as well as respond back with an approval.
