Liveaquaria order question.

I ordered 2 fish. at the time I ordered the fish were in stock. However, today I got an email saying its not being shipped and they will try to obtain it.

Do they only ship if they get both fish or do they sometimes list fish they don't have?

Do you ever have them ship one fish first or do they always ship when every thing is available?

Hi! In my experience (several months ago) they will wait until they have all of your order before shipping. In some cases they will ship one fish if the other is not in stock. Regular LA website isn't updated in real tine so it could show in stock when you order...but so mm eo be beat you to the punch and the site didn't update yet. Keep in mind LA CA facilities ship all live stock in 1.020 salinity or lower. I have not had good luck with LA fish so I don't order from them any more I have a good LFS which has all there tanks set at 1.025.....which makes acclimating so much easier. So make sure to set your QT at the lower salinity. You can also give them a call to double check ghe salinity.....etc....hope that helps! 8)

I had it that they shipped everything except the items that had run out of stock - those were shipped at a later point.
If the items do not come back in within 2 weeks they get cancelled.
