Not many people need 800lbs of rock, most stores dont have that much on hand. That price is great but the volume is a negative factor.
I could do 100lbs depending on how it looks. You would be able to sell that easier if you sold your system as a whole maybe.
Depending on where you live you could part that rock out in no time for $2/lb and make another $400. Many people need some rock, not an entire mountain of rock.
