LLD on sohal tang

hi, im new to these posts but not to this site i have a sohol tang that had a touch of LLD recently i upgraded to a 180g tank and had to put him in a smaller holding tank for about 36 hrs the stress from the move made his condition much worse what vitamins diet sups or other treatment does anyone recomend for treating this condition hes been in the 180 for about 2 weeks now and doesnt appear to be improving eats like a pig water tests fine (70% water change w/ upgrade)ideas?

I use vitachem and selcon. I also don't run carbon anymore because I can say for sure my Naso tang doesn't like the dust partials. I can't prove it causes LLD but it is just an observation I've made.

Soak his food heavily in Selcon.... Selcon is an amazing product, and IMO should be used on all fish foods on a regular basis. Selcon is great even for healthy fish.

There is some correlation with LLD and the protozoa Hexamita. You might consider soaking his food with Metronidazole and see if it helps (if he'll still eat the food). Otherwise, yes Selcon is very good, there are other vitamin enriched foods as well.
