loc line flow accelerator

i took these off my 125 to much flow i should of bought a smaller pump . i have 2 of these one has a ball valve on it both for 25 bucks they are 16 inches long each. i will post pics in a few. will also trade for sps or lps frags. here is a link but these ones are only 6.5 inches

I was looking at getting these for my 125. Do you think that a combination of these and your pump caused to much flow or would these with any pump on a 125 be to much flow?

I have a T2 Blue Line Aquatics pump. 700gph with a pressure rating of 50psi
