theres a ace in the city on ashland between milwaukee and augusta go there they will cut you the 1/4 inch stuff and very reasonable on price i got a 24"by 8" piece for 6 bucks there a few months back
I got the 1/4" glass, couldn't believe how hard it was. No Ace in my area carried the 1/4", home depot didn't. I found another glass shop that has tinted glass and cut it for a reasonable price. No gouging.
I'm not sure yet, but I have to make up my mind by Sat. I'll have either one or two 1" holes drilled in the overflow for a single or duel durso. I may do one and increase it to 1.25" for the "T" and pipe or may opt for 2 durso's at 1". I'm also getting a hole drilled for a 3/4" bulkhead drilled for the return.
The closed loop I'm still thinking about. Lot's of work and $$$ for both the drilling and external pump for just a 30 gallon. I can get a SEIO for 3 times cheaper than an external pump and runs 18 watts instead of 90+. A SEIO and the return from my main tank should rock the cube so I may just go that route.
