Local guy goes the extra mile

I had mentioned that I went to a Fish Garage Sale on the weekend. Well, as you know, this hobby can be expensive. It was great with the prices. I mentioned that I bought a 1/3 hp used chiller for $100.

When I bought it, Mike (the Owner), told me, if anything does not work, just bring it back and he'll give me another one.

Well, my chiller was not that strong. I called on Sunday, and Mike called on Monday, and the first thing he mentioned was "would I like a refund or another chiller". I mentioned that I really would like another chiller. He also is the most friendly and helpful guy.

So he said, to come over and he'll make sure that he sets it up and tests it. He said he felt bad that I had to make 2 trips.

Me, I was just thrilled, that he was so customer friendly. Imagine, not only did he sell all this equipment at dirt cheap prices, but if it did not work, he just offered a refund or another item.

BTW, I even swapped out my drop-in for an in-line.

Trust me, anyone who tried to hook up a drop-in, in minutes you will realize it's worth the trouble to go with an in-line.

He even plumbed it for me.

What a great guy.

Thats Mike for sure... and unfortunately we couldn't get the word out but hopefully we can figure something out for the next time.

Is a great guy, He realy did a great thing at the sale.

I bought the 75 gal reef ready, stand and hood. for $175 the tank look brand new and the stand and hood cleaned up realy nice.

wife was a little annoyed about the 4 foot tank, but I would be a fool to pass up a deal like that.

As a whole LIRA is a great group of people.
