Local Online store hours?

Does anyone know what the hours of business are for Aquatic-store.com based in St. Charles.

Not to change the thread topic, but the reason I ask is they have the JBJ Auto TopOff controller for $85, which is the cheapest I have found. So unless anyone has anything negative to say about their experiences with the JBJ ATO, I was going to get it.

I did get one response email from someone at Aquatic-store, but they haven't replyied to my questions about open hours and I don't want to assume they are open to the public everyday. That is a long trip if they are not open:sad2:

I've tried to contact them several times and they never respond. Once I needed some bulbs, they had a good price and I asked them when they are open. No response. Another time I don't recall what I needed and no response. I recently sent a message if they needed a source for fw cherry shrimp. No reply. 3 strikes they're out. I could have at least got a response of kiss off or go to &^%$.

That is so odd. I think they have a real opportunity to benefit from the local consumer base, especially because they have reasonable prices.

How about Premium Aquatics? Great to work with, and if you order by mid afternoon during the week, you have your stuff the next day. Great guys to work with too. They will also price match some stuff.

I bought my nano cube from them a couple of years back. I met him at his house. It had a couple of pallets of cubes and other things. Do they have an actual retail store? No big deal on picking it up just had to get ahold of him.

I don't think they have an actual location....just an internet store.

I have bought from them as well. They will let you come by and pick things up from them. The JBJ ATO sells through them for $72.99 on Ebay. Just type in JBJ ATO and you will find it. Some of their items they sell on Ebay can be picked up at their location. It is not a retail location. I agree, they are hard to get in touch with though. -Steve

Last time I checked thereefstop.com had it for $78, and he is out of Belleville. But it might not be available for local pickup.

As for Aquatic-store.com, the guy has a warehouse out in St. Charles, but no actual store.
