Long green poop

My bicolor angel is in his 3rd week of QT and has a long green poop. He has already gone through TTM, a formalin dip, and 2 rounds of prazi. He is also undergoing his 2nd dose of general cure (metro + prazi). Does this indicate internal parasites? Or is that only if the poop is white? If parasites, what else can I do? He's eating like a champ (mysis, Ocean Nutrition pygmy angel formula, live blackworms, NLS pellets), but is hiding out a little more than normal.

You could try feeding Hex Shield Pellets from NLS - is contains metro and getting it in the food will be more effective at killing internal parasites. Wait until your current treatment has finished so you aren't overloading the metro.

Well, it went a week without another long poop (well, he could have had it and I just didn't see it), but then today it's back. It's a little more brown than green. Still eating mysis, ocean nutrition pygmy angel formula, and live blackworms. He doesn't really go after the NLS pellets, which is why I am hesitating getting hexshield.

Do you think he has internal parasites or is this something else? Stress? Constipation? Overeating? He already had 2 doses of prazi and 2 doses of general cure.

Anyone? Should I redose general cure? He doesn't seem to like pellets, so I don't think hexshield will work. Or should I just continue to observe?

Good Lord, why are you giving that fish all of those treatments? You shouldn't treat something just because. I do agree with the TTM as well as a preventative dose of Prazi but the rest is not necessary unless you see a reason for it.

Stop dosing and see if its poop returns to normal. I'm surprised that fish isn't "glowing" due to all of the medications you've been throwing at it.

Maybe I should clarify - I did 1 treatment of prazi (2 doses) for preventative measures. After seeing long poops, I did 1 treatment of general cure (2 doses). It has been about 2 weeks since the last treatment and still has long poops.

My Cherub Angel gets poops up to 3-4 inches which I consider normal for him, I really think you're chasing a ghost there.
