They're both pretty fish. If you have aiptasia, I'd opt for the CBB for obvious reasons.
I've had a CBB for 3 years once, and my current CBB has been in tank for 6+ months. PE brand mysis shrimp and live blackworms are my secret. I've yet to see a CBB that doesn't devour the live blackworms.
Oh, and if you do get a CBB, get one of the bigger ones. I lost three in QT before my initial success, and I attribute it in part to the size of the fish. And I saw all of them eat in the LFS. That's a must. If you don't see it eat, don't buy it.
If you don't mind paying a premium, the CBB's from Australia have a reputation for being more robust than others. You'll pay about 2x for them though. Given the fatality rate in QT's or early demises in tanks, that might be well worth it.
