Long tentacle anemone help

Hey guys I just got a long tentacle anemone yesterday and he hasn't really open up yet.... His tentacles have extended partially for a little last night but today no luck.... I was told these guys prefer to stay on the sand bed... What kind of waterflow should I get him?

2 bulb 48 inch solar max h.o t5 fixture

Water quality is good... Had it checked yesterday... Any tips? And also how long do they take to fully open?

Waterflow should be medium to high, but I would throttle back on the flow since it's so new to your tank. They do prefer a sand bed and medium to high light, but again, you may want to decrease the light a little bit.

With your lighting, i dont think you have enough. I would look into at least another 2 bulbs of t5ho's and possiably 4 more if you can.

i have question on what i thought was condi , i got 2 one took its spot in corner after thinking about pottery piece is doing fine base in sand n feeds well , the other however is strange it took to pottery comes out for bit to feed in day then goes back inside pottery then comes out later n sits in front of pottery with all tentacles up like ready to feed seems to be a night guy , his color is darker than other one , is this normal he moves fine eats fine but likes going in n out pottery
