Long tentacle looks long in the tooth

I have two LTA in my tank. One of them, the white almost constantly looks like its delated and near death. Then it perks up and spews some sort of brownish slime out of itself. Is this a spawning thing and if so how long does it last? I feed it every other day with frozen (thawed) prime reef and Cyclop-eez on the other day. It is on top of one of my rocks and has been there a long time.

If your LTA is on top of a rock, I'm going to guess your lighting may be too weak, as they do prefer sand.
It may also be bleached if it is white.
Give specs/params.
Also, try giving them a silverside once a week.
And yeah, brown is most likely poop.
