long tenticles

what does it mean? when i buy all of my zoos, they all have very short skirts. once they have been in my tank for a few weeks their tentecles become very long and sway in the current. (not as long as yeloow long tenticels)

why do they do this? good/bad/cool?

In many cases, the long skirts can be induced by more water flow.
