look at these eggs

So apparently fish and corals spawning is proof that you're doing something right and the inhabitants are happy.
Does this go for snails, too? Every morning I wake to find cerith egg swirls in multiple places. I don't expect a huge snail population growth, but is this a good thing or a last ditch effort to ensure species survival?
I'm thinking the prior since everything in my tank appears happy. I'd just like some reassurance from someone more experienced.
