Looking for 18" lighting fixture WITH legs

I'm looking for an 18" fixture WITH legs for fuge lighting. It must have legs so my kids don't push it into the water. Anyone selling?

Lights of America has a outdoor light that works great for fuges and mounts fairly easily to the wall. or a wooden stand.

:thumbsup: for the LOA fixture. Add a plug and attach it anywhere you can put a pair of small screws. They can be short screws that don't go all the way through the wood stand if it HAS to be on the side. If it's on the back wood it doesn't even matter.

a good cheap way to go would be go to walmart and get those compact flourescent light bulbs that are 32 watts but equivelant to 100 watts bulbs i think they are 6500k, check out picks of lonnie(i'mlon2) on his tank build thread he use 2 of them for his sump. they work great

A single 65w ( equivalent to 500w ), 6500k in a waterproof fixture.

I believe that I paid about $55.00 or so for mine.

I have a half dozen or so of those. I actually ran my last tank and had easy sps growing with 4 of them sitting on eggrate for the first few months. I've used them on my sump for awhile, on freshwater planted tank, and now I use them for my phyto grow station.

If it has legs will it walk away. That would be a bumber to pay for somrthing that might run off on you. Like my freinds wife left hime the day they were going to be wedded. He was mad.
