looking for a bike

Just lookin for now, I will be looking for one with a pocket full of cash in august, Anyone have any tips? I want a sport bike, unless someone had an old bike they dont use (I do but it is too big for me). I dont want a rediculously powerful bike, like a ninja 250 or something. Im not a very big guy, so i dont want a bike I can barely hold up lol. Thanks alot guys. ps still working on pictures

Ill tell you what I woudlnt get something like a 250 atleast learn on about a 600 or so. It wont be too much just learn responsibly. What size bike do you have thats too big and what kind is it. I learned on a 1200 fully dressed. It can be done lol

man im actually looking for one too...haha but more along the lines of a 600 or a 750. why a 250? just seems to small...its like riding a dirtbike on the street..lol what size bike do you have now? trust me its not hard to learn how to ride...it took me all of about 10 min to figure out how to ride my mini dirt bke and about an hour or two to learn how to ride my friends ninja 636...just be smart i can attest to that...its not you thats the bad driver(well maybe it is) but its the other idiots on the road that dont watch out for motorcycles.

I cant tell you one day I spent on my bike atleast one of those idiots didnt try to kill me lol. YOu seem to take it a little personal on a bike when someones on a cell phone and doesnt see you. lol

How much you want spend? The ninja 250 is a good learning bike & they keep their value.I can sell you my Suzuki GSFX 600 '05 with less than 4k miles on it, the bike has some upgrades on it.

250 is a waste of money.dont get anything less than 600cc.i had a few 600s and they are great overall bikes.the new ones are fast as hell.

no but I would of. My girl was all into me getting a bike, but I was talking to her about my bros grandfather who got in a accident and she like wigged out and got scared about it. Now she doesnt want me to get one... W/e ill work on it lol. shouldnt have said anything too her but oh well...
