looking for a dive package in southern Fl

I am padi certified and I have 2 friends that are going with me that need to complete their check out dives. Anyone know of any dive places that offer checkout dives with room and board? I would like to get in 4 days of diving and plenty of snorkeling in also. I am certified, but not overly experienced. We need to go with another group or a guide....


What are my options?

I recently dove with 'Force-E' out of Riveria Beach / West Palm Beach, and had a great experience w/ Jeff Nelson (instructor). You can find lodging just about anywhere down there, but the closer you are to the shore the more you will pay.

This was my first ocean dive, so I wanted to hire an instructor since it was a deep/wreck/drift dive... I could have done it on my own, but I wanted to play it safe.

Not to bump this post back up, but out of the blue I just received a very pleasant call from Jeff to say "HI" and see how my diving is coming along... I'm in Arkansas and he's in southern Florida, so it's not like he was calling to sell me anything!

You might try Dixie Divers. They have an apartment they rent out if your diving with them. I've never looked at the apt. but the price is right. They're in Deerfield Beach and I'm sure they can hook you up.
