Hi I have a 65 gallon reef tank and I want to add one last fish to it . As of right now I have a lawnmower blenny, O.clown fish , 3 stripe Denzel , and a carpenters flasher wrasse. Any othe ideas on a fish that will always be swimming ? And I also have lots of daft and Lps corals

Yes, anthias are always active. In fact mine's so active I think it annoys my mellower fish. :P

No the lawnmower blenny and the Midas blenny will get along fine. They occupy two different levels of the water column. The lawnmower mostly bottom and the Midas mid to upper. The Midas blenny lives in holes in LR the LMB in the sand. Everyone that I know that has one just loves them.

Here is a link to my tank, there are a few pictures of him in my build. http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2540376

I would skip the midas blenny. I know the blennies occupy two different water columns but an established blenny is a blenny and any other blenny can be seen as a threat.

I'd love for you to add a flame angel, but they can be hit or miss with the corals.

Anthias are gorgeous just pains to getting eating and keep healthy. Also they may be badgered by your damsel.

I would second a fairy wrasse of some sort. Personal favorite is a flame wrasse (Cirrhilabrus jordani).

Or if you want to take a chance a flame angel would be cool.

I have kept a flame angel in the past with not much luck . It ate for a few days then stopped . If I get another one is there a good solution on keeping it eating ? The ones that I have had just go down hill quite fast

Normally flame angels are pretty easy to keep. If you want another one I would QT it and get it eating Larry's (I know some may disagree but I've had really good luck with this food).

If your worried about corals then go the flame wrasse route.

Good luck.

We recently got a Half Black Dwarf Angel and love him....

Tried a Flame once, didn't last long.

You've said you would like an active and colorful fish (an excellent goal!), and it seems to me that you've got a lot of orange in your tank as it stands. Anthias or flame angels will bring you ... more orange. You might consider the fairy wrasses, which offer a rainbow of colors, or dartfish, which can bring greens and blues.

Do you have corals in your tank? Shrimp, feather-dusters or other inverts? Keeping those alive might effect your fish choices . . .
