Looking for an internal pump, considering 1073.090

I'm looking for an internal pump for my 180g display and 70 gal sump. It has to be used internally and my aging Eheim 1262 just doesn't seem up to speed considering a 5ft head loss.

Which would you recommend?

Kinda in the same boat, I'm just curious if there are any plans to offer a silence return pump in the 1000 - 1200 GPH range somewhere. I'm using a 1073.040 as my return pump currently and have Maxi-jets running my reactors. I wanted to try to simplify things and run a single return pump and also feed the reactors off that as well.

I was thinking something in the 1,000 - 1,200 GPH range would work. Tried another companies 1200 gph submersible pump and it lasted about 15 minutes before coming back out. Not even CLOSE to being as quiet as my Tunze was.

the .090 looks to be WAY overkill (in flow, price, and cord length  ) for my needs. I picked up a .020 and am thinking about running it and the .040 but I'd still rather run a singe return pump for everything.....

Any thoughts or anything coming down the line that you're aware of ???

hy5000 bubble blaster is what im going to eventually switch over to.

I'm hoping to stay with Tunze as I do with as much of my equipment as possible....

It would be even nicer it it was a controllable pump that could be controlled with my profilux, but I'd be happy with a 1,200 GPH Silence as well.

Nothing is imminent, we have talked about larger pumps but the general consensus is why not just use two of the 1073.040, it adds some redundancy and given the small footprint it actually uses less space than many single 1200gph pumps. It is likely we will have one someday but nothing this year for sure.
