Looking for- cheap chiller

Looking for basically any size chiller than runs on 110v, only condition is that it must work and be cheap.

That's a pretty tall order. Someone suggested something to me once, I don't know if you can apply it here or not, but I'll pass it along.
Craigslist always has cheap chest freezers (large system) or dorm size refrigerators (small system) available $50-$75. Get some vinyl tubing and make a coil that fills your freezer/dorm fridge. Pop a hole for in, and one for out and get yourself a temp controller to turn your new "chiller" on and off.
Probably not the most energy efficient way to go, and either option will consume more space than your average aquarium chiller, but you asked for cheap and functional, this fits that bill.
