Shipping is outrageous for most bulbs, course I understand they are fragile.

I have been told they bring out a lot of latent colors..like I have an orange crocea but in my tank it looks purple and blue w/orange edges. A couple of friends say this will bring out the orange, blues, and greens..guess I will see..I need new lights anyways..

I have a figi purple bulb and It def. brings out some great color and high par too.
