looking for icecap 660 ballast

my icecap 660 ballast finally went on me. i've had it in for service twice before, but it has to be close to 8 years old so i think it's done. does anyone have one that works laying around that they would like to sell for a deal? i'd hate to buy a new one when i'm contimplating a whole new set up. thanks.
