Looking for insperation, post your pics!

there are two of each species, all get along. The bigger tomatoe is already dominating and is deff the female. The percs are tank raised so they are very peaceful and neither species bothers the other. In fact they all share the anemones as yall will see in the movie. I'm hoping the clowns will cross breed, since the percs have already bred i know they are mature enough. So no disaster in sight, if anything great things are to come. The tank can be seem in my gallery when 1st set up, to get an idea of its progression. The specs are: 2 65 watt pcs, one 50/50 and one 50/50 actinic. Bout 20-30 lbs of rock, don't remeber exactlly because i work at a lfs and didnt pay to much attention to the rock weight(will next time). There is a tunze nano stream for filtration as seen in the top right of the tank. Protien skimmer is a cpr powered by the rio pump(my favorite small skimmer, i use it on the 12 gallon as well as my 65). As yall can see form the variety of algae, i believe in refugiums and in this case an in tank refugium. Works great and looks great too! Water changes are one a week 5 gallons each. ok that was alot of info.... Any other questions??? Bring em on!!

Cool video!

Looks like your tomato are a little bit aggressive towards the percs...but all are young, so time will tell how they get along later on down the road...hopefully there won't be any problems!!!!

Yeah, can we get some details...about...EVERYTHING?

Mostly my questions are about introducing the clowns...obviously the tomato were added later, right?

I like fish... I have 1... It is a Clarkii... His name is Fred.... I like corals better.. I have a bunch of them.... I have not named them yet.

Thats correct. The 2 percs were in the tank for a few months and then the tomatoes were added after the percs were well established and breeding.

Did it disrupt the percula and their breeding behavior at all?

Are you worried that the tomato clowns will become too agressive as they get older?

How long has this tank been set up? How long since the tomatoes have been added?

Unfortunately my computer is not allowing me to view the video, will have to do it at work on Thursday.

Perfectrapture:
Lmao at your "clown babies".
Those are neither babies or eggs from clownfish, they are snail babies or something of that sort. Also, that 12g is going to become a war-zone sometime soon, as soon as the tomato's mature. There is No Such Thing as two pairs of clowns in that small of aquarium long term. Not trying to be negative. But this is considered fact in this part of the hobby. The perc's will be the losers.
On another note, the tank is beautiful and it would be nice if it could stay that nice and peaceful. So is everyone else's. Good work!

I didn't think they looked much like young clowns or clown eggs myself, but I didn't want to say anything...

I also have a Blenny... Is name is Grumpy... He likes to hide

You have way too much experience for this forum.

I don't see any babies either, I was thinking I was missing them in the picture. Surely he doesn't think we would believe baby clowns would be stuck to the glass. I also agree the maroons will eventually take over the tank.
