Looking for : Kessil 360W controller... or do I really need it?

Hey guys, I just picked up two Kessil 360W.

I am looking to buy a controller for it... if anybody has a used unit please let me know but I wanted to double back to see if anybody here uses a different controller than the stock one?

Or does anybody just straight up save money and not run a controller at all?

if your planning to get an apex or already have an apex u won't need to waste the money for a controller.

That's what I was wondering and that's a good point Hersey has anybody had experience with both and can chime in?

I haven't used the kessil controller myself. I have used kessils with the apex. All you have to do is buy the kessil to apex cable.. i think around $20? With the apex you can control ramp up/down, pretty easily.
