Looking for metal halides...

Just like the title says I am looking for metal halides for my 75g reef. Preferably 2x250w single or double ended 48" fixture. I can make a canopy so any pendants or retrofits will work as well.

I currently have a 48" 8 bulb tek t5 fixture that I cannot dial in correctly. Either the blues and greens pop or the reds and yellows. I figured out on the reef calculator that it would only cost $12 more a year for metal halides then my current t5 setup. I am sick of wasting $$$ on new bulbs that just don't produce the overall look and coral growth that I am looking for.

107 av and 21 st theres a place I get Chinese bulbs for $ 10.00 each the par on them is not the worlds best but I like the color I am currently using them in 2 of my fish tanks. If you are interested PM me because that's a wholesaler I have to call him if you decide to go other wise they wont sell them to you.

Matt I highly suggest picking up a pair of 14k Hamiltons if you like the color. Get them from Pat at RL, he's got the cheapest price I've seen both in town and online. They're the right bulb for the right price. I'm a 10k man at heart, so I won't get them again, but when I broke my bulbs and didn't have the money for XM10ks, I jumped over to Pat's and got the 14ks. They've been doing well over my tank, but again, I still prefer the 10ks personally. They're just expensive.

LOL I don't have the metal halides yet... I am looking for them. I currently have t5's.

I have 2 Icecap 175w with Mogul sockets, a Hamilton Tech 10k, and a 15k bulb (not sure of the mfg.). No reflectors. The bulbs have 4 months use on them. $175 for everything. PM if interested.

What kind of ballst and bulb?
