Looking for MH Bulb

hi guys,
for those who have heard Sanjays kectures, what brand bulbs gave the best performance. I like the color of my Hamolton 14k's but I heard the par is not good. Im running it with Ice Caps eballast inside Lumenarc III's.

also some tips where the buy them.

the bluer the bulb the less PAR..those are good bulb as well as the the CVs, but for PAR I liked the XM10ks. I wanted something alittle bluer, but with a higher PAR than the 14ks. I wanted to try the 12ks, but I chose the CV 10ks after seeing Tony's tank. I don't need the suppliments, but still use them for a dawn and dusk effect.

Reeflux 12ks on electronics looks much closer to 20k bulbs in color and are pretty dim IMO.
