Looking for Nice LPS in SF?

Hey Folks,

Just thought I'd share about my trip to Aquatic Central on Ocean Ave in SF this morning. I'm mainly a zoanthid guy, and they had some there, but nothing that truly caught my picky eye.

For those of you into LPS, you have to check that out. They had some really colorful ones. My tank is too full and I'd rather save it for palys and zoas For those of you who want LPS, go check it out. These are the ones I liked the most:

Acans: Red, red&pinkish/purple and the red&green
Blastos: very nice red ones, Green Blastos
Goniopora - deep red one
Favias - nice size green one, nice size red and green one

I think they do 10% sales on Saturdays off some items. Anyhow, have fun. I'm waiting for nice palys and zoas to show up

Beat me to the punch. I was going to post about the store also. I really like the weird forest green Blasto but I don't really keep those. I did pick up a rare lobo. I think it is under new ownership. I had never been there before but it seems like a nice store.

there's a store in oakland with a really good zoa selection called lucky goldfish. slightly pricey. but amazingly bright colors.

The sps tank at Lucky Goldfish in Oakland is really really amazing, nothing but pure eye-candy!

well theres a place in san leandro called great bay aquarium they have a really great LPS show tank, you should check them out, really nice LPS store no sps just LPS and Softies
