Mitch529! Very nice pic and anemone! I'm curious as to what the name of the fish is in the lower right hand corner?

1st sorry for big pic. and double post. Just learning to post pics.
5 months ago my rose was over a year old,to me. It was 16 inches across and wouldn't divide, so I divided myself. This pic is recent and when fully extended they are 12 inches across EACH.

briangg57 big pics are great! We can see more detail. Interested as to how you divided it yourself? A little risky I would say.

Being new at posting, I'd like to know what I did that made me double post. Did I somehow click twice, or am I getting senile and really posted twice. I don't think I'm getting senile, I'm not even sure I know how to spell it :D

It's so easy, even a caveman can do it:) 1st gently remove from aquarium. Just gently get your finger between him and whatever, just slowly work him out. Took me about 5 min. Wear gloves. Then I put him on diner plate, foot down, tentacles up. Next, get ketchup, just kidding. Next I CARFULLY using the sharpest fillet knife I own, NOT serrated. I sliced him down the center being very careful to divide the mouth into 2 EQUAL parts. Then in a bucket of aquarium water, I gently swirled him around to remove slime. Then I let him stay there for about 10 min. Swirled again and then I put THEM! back in aquarium. One of them tried to move once but I caught him and put him back and they haven't moved now in 5 months. :bum:
