I am thinking about getting these for my sps tank however I am not sure how much these really help. What do you guys think? Am I better off using something else?
I have been a big proponent of Amino Acids for a long long time. I have had universal good luck with Salifert Amino acids better polyp extension, slightly better color. I have used TLF and Zeovit AA in the past with ok results.
