As the others have said, I think you have a good plan for stocking so far. Starry Blennies can get a bit large, if you are looking for more activity and less aggression, a small group of barnicle blennies would be really neat- we have a group in our 205g, and you could easily do the same in a 75.
I would add the star a bit later on in the journey, they can be delicate.
