Looking for start up setup for a friend....

Another friend of mine is looking for something in the 20-30 gallon range for a starter freshwater set up. Would like something with all the equipment (filter/heater/hood etc). If you have something for sale, please PM. Even thinking one of the old school Eclipse set ups would be nice for them. TIA

I have old eclipse hood... 37 gal I think...tank broke awhile back.. 40 dollars, and petco has 1 dollar a gallon right now..
