I am suprised I am not getting more feedback/sugestions/ or questions... Well I got more of the wireing done.. but still have a lot more to do.. Each driver has 6 wires (150 total). I have all the power and grounds ran. And about 3/4 of the led power and ground wires ran to the side connectors of the box. Have to finish them up then do the dimming wires. After that I need to hook up the arduino's to the relays and to the pwm boards.

So trying to keep the wires clean looking is a losing battle... I am glad I made a front and back so it will be hidden.. All of the wires to the side plugs are complete. Next is the dimming wires, I also need to put the wires in the plugs for the fans. So should we take odds on this thing blowing up when I power it all up :blown:

Fans for lights are wired.. Next it to finish soldering the pwm boards. I got in some more 7667's.. Still not sure if I sould mount these on the front... They are ugly so I guess I will mount them on the back.. So just think of this.. After i get all this wired.. and mounted on the wall.. I have to take the covers all all the drivers and adjust them, and lable them all.

So I tried to run the wires from the input on the side to the bus rails using solid copper wire.. I think I am going to have to go to stranded wire. The ends don't work well on solid core wire. I am done for tonight. Tomarrow I will work on the pwm boards.

I used hot glue to make sure they were secure. That piece of acrylic was a pain to cut (With what I had, I router with a spiral cut bit, a coping saw, and a razorblade). I ended up cutting the clips off the side of the Molex as the acrylic was cracking when I was trying to push them through. So I slid them in up to the stops and hot glued them. Figured hot glue dries a lot faster and easy to remove if needed.
See any problems with this? It is just to hold the connectors to the acrylic.

So I am looking for a fish stencil. It needs to be a one color stencel ( Black). If anyone is Bored, It would be a big help.. I can not find any I like.

Are you sure? There's lots out there. Maybe you should specify what it is you're looking for to narrow down the field a bit.

If I told you it would take away the suspense!!! The control panel is going to have acrylic door(s) on it. If I can find a neat stencil I was going to paint it on the doors. I don’t want something to hide the controls, just something fun..

What about the bottom left or top right?

Hum.. Maybe a fish with electric bolts around it

The stencils look good. The wiring looks complicated but organized. I don't see how you are doing that and keeping your sanity. Everything looks superb.

I'm not sure what more you want. You've just created the stencil art of your dreams. All you need to do now is print it on paper that is one-side sticky (Staples sells this), cut out the bits you don't want, and spray or roller the paint over it onto the doors.

I am not asking for anything more... just looking for opinions I know there are more artistic people out there then me. Yea that is how I was going to do it with fusion spray paint. That stuff works awesome!

Thank you, yea the wiring is a bit of a pain but fur at the same time.. I think the real pain is when I plug it in and somethings dont work right.. then finding the wire I need. I hope to get to the testing part this weekend. I have family comming down next week so I am not sure if I will get a lot done.
