I used hot glue to make sure they were secure. That piece of acrylic was a pain to cut (With what I had, I router with a spiral cut bit, a coping saw, and a razorblade). I ended up cutting the clips off the side of the Molex as the acrylic was cracking when I was trying to push them through. So I slid them in up to the stops and hot glued them. Figured hot glue dries a lot faster and easy to remove if needed.
See any problems with this? It is just to hold the connectors to the acrylic.

I think it will depend on the type of hot glue stick you used. I used some general glue sticks one time around some wire and the heat from the wires always made it feel real elastic like it was too warm. Not sure how much heat those wires will generate since they are encased in plastic. I think you should be fine.

So one of the arduino's seems to be bad. I can not upload any code to it. While the other 2 work. I treid diffrent usb cables ( Including one that works with one of the ohter ones). I tried resting multiple times. Removed all wires accept the usb cord. It just sits on uplaoding and does nothing. I am going to have to figure this out as I bought them over 90 days ago.

Re-did the circuit board. Going to put all 25 on one board. Not completed but getting there.

I don't know how you do it but I might just have to pick your brain. You must do this for a living or just good at what you do with electrical.

Thank you. I am a Microsoft administrator. I take care of all the Microsoft servers for the company I work for Like (Exchange, SQl, SharePoint, AD... Etc.) So I really don't deal with any of this stuff. Really I don't know much about it, just what I read on here and learn as I go. I am sure some of the real electronics people out there are look at my soldering job and cringing. LOL

Just did continuity check on all connections and one was messed up. Fixed and now ready to figure out how I want to do the connection to the Arduino. How do I connect 26 wires neatly...

Well I found a connector to use. I took apart an old scanner I had laying around and found 2 14pin ribbin cable connectors. Desoldered them using a blow tourch started laying them out.. little bit of a pain!.

All done.. I hope! Have to get the other end of the cables to the arduino's to finish testing.

Getting the bottom piece to my sump today and some weld on 4.. I made my current sump but this is the first time working glueing 1/2 inch and 1 inch stock. I have read that it is easyer to work with. We will see.

I think I need more wires!. All that is left for the lights is wireing eveyrthing to the arduinos.

Now that you've mastered the art of stencil making and transfer, you might want to consider doing the same thing again over the top of the existing image in a second colour (e.g. white), but offsetting it by a quarter inch up towards the right corner. This will give you the effect of the stencil in your chosen second colour with a black shadow under it.

So I got the sump tank built (height cut and top beveled because I hate cutting myself when reaching in). 2' bulk head installed and hole in the wall cut so pump can be placed in the laundry room. I got 16 of the relays hooked up and working with the Arduino. I need to order more ribbon cable to connect the rest of the relays and the pwm connections. Family is gone so now I have more time. I did go out fishing thursday and I know how people like pictures..

We got 3 amberjacks (35-45 pounds each), 7 grouper, and 4 snapper's

Starting work on the tank again. Do mouse pads or 1/2 thick foam work better for under the pump?

Some more done. Ran out of sweeping 90's so have to wait till tomarrow to continue. I am also thinking about drilling a hole threw the bottom of the overflow box to run a pipe down to the stand. I think I like that idea better then running it down the side of the glass. Need to order a hole saw and another bulk head. As alwasy.. pictures...
